Tämä aivan ihana asu on Jacadilta ja se on ollut tämän syys-talvi malliston suosikkeja ja sitä käytetään pitkälle kevääseen ja yläosia varmasti myös kesällä! Rakastan asua koska se sopii tyylillisesti sekä äidin, että tyttären makuun ja osia on helppo yhdistellä jo olemassa oleviin vaatteisiin. Our favourite outfit from Jacadi this season is this gorgeous college shirt paired with corduroy pants and a scalloped edge t-shirt. All the products can be used separate too. The t-shirt goes with anything really but I can see it during summer with shorts or a skirt. A must sale buy at -30% because the same classic style will most likely be at the summer collection too. The sweatshirt will also be great with their white sweatpants or with leggings for a sporty look but would look cute even with a skirt. And during the summer with white or navy shorts! And the pants would look fabulous with a cardigan too or a button down shirt or blouse and mary jane´s for a party and as they are cute narrow from the cuff they would go well with their leather boots! Such a versatile outfit but I really love this style as a combo. It´s a great school outfit and fancy enough for a lunch on the town with granny. They could wear it for visiting friends and it´s comfy enough for helping around the house like Cotton Candy in these photos.

Christmas in the girls room

The festive feeling is rising more and more each day. The dollhouse is in it´s Christmas attire and I managed to organise the girls room nice and tidy for the holidays. The little wooden tree from my childhood is up and there are hyacinths to give a lovely scent to their room. The Christmas calendar we have had for years is also in it´s place. The best part of the whole room are the gorgeous new sheets we got from V´lody Oriental, designed by the lovely ladies of Prologue. They are just spot on perfect for us! And as I mentioned earlier they will be even more so in the new rooms matching the girls colour schemes perfectly.

I love waking up in new pyjamas and in fresh bedding for Christmas. The house has the wonderful scent of clean mixed with baking. As I have probably mentioned many times we celebrate Christmas in Finland on the 24th ( and the 25 th and 26 th too). So it has become a tradition for us to give the girls new nighties or pj´s and new books already on the 23rd so they can wake up in the morning in new sleepwear and have it on for a long morning of eating rice porridge & saffron buns, reading new books and watching the snowman whilst the fire is going. This year they have wonderful new bedding too. I think Christmas needs freshly ironed sheets, it deserves it. For that great night´s sleep.

This old fashioned piggy bank is just perfect and it has a key too like in our childhood. If you loose it I guess you´ll have to break the bank. It would be a great gift for that special someone who likes saving their allows, baby sitting fees or as hint to someone who should. It would also make a great Christening gift for that person who tends to give money as a gift.

Jacadi love

We were on a lookout for a new winter coat for Bubble Gum. The girls actually fit their woollen coats and their short down jackets they use for school etc. but her long navy down coat had gotten small on her. Cotton Candy had a new one last year and hers was the perfect size now. So we had to find one for Bubble Gum! And we did find the perfect one from Jacadi! It has a fleece lining, it has a ( fake) fur lined hood and the hood has ( fake) fur around it too. It is warm and beautiful and has small golden polka dots on it. You may have seen this one on Instagram already on a few occasions. I got a lot of DM messages about it when it was featured on the stories. It was the coat of her dreams and you can tell. She wants to wear it all the time even though it´s not very cold yet. But then you can just wear something light underneath so it works out well. We also got a gorgeous outfit for school for Cotton Candy that I will share on another post.
