Spring it

Wow so it´s March already! Who else thinks the year just changed? I have a fun March ahead of me as there are a few fun trips to go on. Short and mostly work related but I have squeezed in some time to catch up with friends here and there too. And maybe I even get to see a glimpse of the sun. Hot sun!

I´m really feeling the spring catching in on us! And I´ve started to dream of the island again. I know it´s still a few months ahead, the first trip there, but at some point I start counting the weeks ( about 10). And even though I believe living in the moment and enjoying every single day, there is no harm done in a little daydreaming. That early morning moment when the rest of my family is sleeping peacefully inside and I sneak out on the rocks with my steaming cup of coffee. I sit down in the silence and look at the waves slowly rolling on the rocks. Some birds are circling around, looking to catch some fish for breakfast and the morning rays of sun start to warm up the day. There I sit with my bare feet steady on the still cool rocks and for a moment everything is just right. Just how it´s supposed to be. But before we get there there is plenty of fun things ahead of us like Easter. Little chicks and bunnies and colourful eggs. And chocolate! And pretty spring and summer clothes bien sûr. I think we have plenty of dresses from last summer that still fit but there are these outfits I´m dreaming of for the girls. That would be just absolutely perfect. They are from my favourite collection from La Coqueta so far. The whole collection is so amazing ( again) but these are my favourites for us…

I would love this Alcala dress for Cotton Candy. Pale pink and grey is one of my favourite colour combinations and that colour on the shoe is just perfect! I would probably pair this outfit with a simple braided hair or a side part tucked in with a bobby pin. Dress, socks, shoes.

There is something so fresh in the combination of light blue, white and yellow. This Alameda dress would be so cute on Bubble Gum. I love the girls to be almost matching but not quite. And I think these outfits would complement each other. The thing is though that Bubble Gum already has all these dresses and shoes from her sister that are a perfect fit for now. But I still love this so! Dress, socks, shoes.
