If my girls were packing…

… for overnight camp…

Tänään tyttöjen valinnat mielikuvitusleirille. Oli tosi hauska nähdä mitä he valitsivat kun saivat vapaat kädet ja kuunnella kuinka seitsemänvuotias ja viisivuotias neuvottelivat ostosten “järkevyydestä”….

 Jeans shorts and a fun t- shirt

” Mama why don´t we have jeans shorts?”

“But you do… the ones we bought from the Gant sample sale.”

” But they are not distressed!“

Insert me rolling my eyes here…

 A tunic with a metallic swimsuit & accessories.

” Mama do you like this swimsuit?”

” Well maybe it´s not my favourite.”

” I knew it!”

This cat hoodie and the shorts were a favourite. Even mama thinks they could be cute for sports class at school.

Cute pj´s.

According to a five year old a camp can not be survived without a sparkly pizza slice handbag.

 “Mama told us to choose a jacket…”

Yes girls, this one looks warm and it will protect you from harsh weathers…

Another favourite combo of shorts and a shirt.

“We need this bag mama.”

“Oh look at those stars on the dress!”

C ” Elephants!!! My favourite animal.” 

B ” But these are too big for us, they look like mamas bikinis”

C ” No silly these are for kids and besides we are not really buying these, it´s imaginary.”

B ” OH! I thought we were shopping for these…”

We all love cherries. Also I think the girls are going to a way warmer camp than what I packed for.

Emoji earrings because they are… well emoji earrings! ( I ordered these for Cotton Candy as a surprise gift for when school starts again)

B “Oh mama, this is my favourite outfit!”

 I think I might actually order these shoes for the girls.

 ” Mom, why don´t we have these leggings?”

So my girl packed these for their imaginary camp. Not bad! But without mama they might get a bit cold in the Finnish summer…

Sellaiset valinnat tytöillä. Äitikin olisi kelpuuttanut monta näistä vaatekaappiin. Leirillä tosin saattaisi tulla vähän vilpakka.
