Salted liquorice ice-cream sundays and the winners

Did you have a fun weekend? We played with dolls, hosted a very relaxed playdate, danced ballet, slept in, took naps, pretended to be flower fairies with star shaped fairy wands, went to kids birthday parties and attended a charity dinner with my husband and had cocktails with friends. On Sunday we treated ourselves to some fabulous ice-cream sundays and tried to unwind a little before another hectic week ahead.

Millainen viikonloppusi oli? Meillä yhdistyi monta menoa ja myös rentouttavia hetkiä. Sunnutai-iltana teimme ihanat jäätelöannokset ja valmistauduimme tulevan viikon kiireisiin ottamalla ihan leppoisasti.

Organic artisan vanilla ice-cream from a Finnish brand called Jymy and some salted liquorice caramel sauce from Sweden topped off with black cherries. Yummy!

I hope you have a great week ahead! Mine is looking quite busy but luckily I then have a long weekend ahead of me to look forward to with some fun plans. Do you celebrate Valentines day? In Finland it´s actually called the friends day or the friendship day. I love the thought. Although I´m all for romance I like to have a day to celebrate friends too as they are so important.
