Oh London oh Ladies

I had the most amazing ladies weekend in London. Meeting dear friends from Singapore and England over a very very long lunch at the Wolesley on Friday followed by some light shopping. We stayed at one of my friend´s house. I felt like I was in a five star bed and breakfast, everything was so well thought out. As they say, it´s in the details. And I enjoyed every single one. And her house is immaculate ( as you can see in my photos!). Then a delicious Saturday brunch at one of my besties ( I got to give some kisses to my handsome godson ♥ ). Cruising around the little villages and then enjoying dinner at the Ivy later on.  And what inspirational and wonderful ladies to have in my life. It´s simply amazing to find people who share your tastes and preferences. Here are some photos from my phone…

Doesn´t my friend do the most amazing table settings?! She is such an inspiration to me ( and I´m ordering those hen napkins asap, they are to die for!).  The cutest dog is my other friend´s who invited us for the brunch. She is about the same age as Cotton Candy. I remember when she was a puppy and tried to snatch little Ugg boots from baby Cotton Candy´s feet while I was holding her. Now she is an older lady too.  The Gauhar scarf and scented sachet were a little gift from Finland to our hostess. And we did a road trip around the little villages in my friend´s birthday present, the old Fiat 500 called Sophia ( after the other old Italian lady Sophia Loren). I loved it! Morning coffee in front of the fireplace, pre-dinner champagne and nibbles in the front room. I felt like I was living in a Brittish fairytale. And sharing the wonderful stripy guest room with another dear friend giggling in our pyjamas way past our bedtime. I will cherish these memories for ever!
