I was going to tell you all about how my favourite feeling is dipping in to a hot bath after a run in the cold or rain. But then I came out of the tub maybe 30 minutes after I had snatched these photos and pulled my back. I feel like an old woman. Now I´m lying on the sofa unable to get up again. Being served by my lovely husband who came to take care of me. Old! Like grandma´s grandma old is how I feel at the moment. Well thank heavens for help, movies and being able to just be still for a moment.
