Island living vol. 2

Miten viikonloppusi sujui? Me paistoimme taas kasan lettuja mansikoiden kaveriksi ja pidimme lettukestit. Leikimme metsässä, ihmettelimme mustikanvarpuja joissa marjat alkavat nyt kypsyä ja etsimme rantautuneita aarteita. Näimme metsähiiren ja joutsenperheen joka tuli rantaamme ruokailemaan ja tietenkin saunoimme ja istuskelimme saunan terassilla ilta-auringossa pitkän tovin. Eli ihan oikeissa lomatunnelmissa olemme olleet täällä. Tässä vähän lisää kesäisiä kuvia täältä saaresta. Tällä kertaa sisustuspainotteisia…

Ihanaa viikonloppua! Terkut täältä saaresta. Aurinko on paistanut, merivesi on vielä kylmää, mutta olemme kyllä silti pulikoineet pikkuisen. Muuten täällä on otettu päivät rauhallisesti, ikkunoita pesty hiljalleen ja pötkötelty kallioilla. Kauppaveneeltä on tietenkin haettu mansikoita ja jätskiä ja hieman lehtiä lueskeltavaksi. Eipä täältä sen ihmeempiä kuulumisia. Tässä muutama kuva, FaceBookin puolella jaoinkin eilen jo muutaman ♥.

Vähän harvemmin

Olen aika tunnollinen ihminen ja olen yrittänyt päivittää blogiani jokaisena arkipäivänä. Blogini ei nytkään ole missään nimessä jäämässä kesälomalle, mutta päivitän sitä näin kesäaikaan hieman harvemmin ( kuten ehkä jo viime viikolla huomasit). Toisaalta koska kaikki ovat varmaan muutenkin jo siirtyneet pikkuhiljaa kesärutiineihin niin tuskinpa sieltä kesäpaikan terassilta tulee niin usein tietokoneella käytyäkään blogeja lukemassa. Olen täällä useampana päivänä viikossa, mutta en ihan joka päivä. Minulla on kyllä monta kivaa postausaihetta takataskussa ja jos sinulle on jokin erityistoive niin jätähän kommenttia tuohon alle. Ja kaikille jotka lomansa jo aloittivat, niin aivan ihanaa kesälomaa! Kiitos kun kävit täällä tänään!!!
Lattemamma
During this summer I will not be posting here every day. You will find a new post a few times a week. I hope you understand. I love writing this blog and I´m certainly not out of ideas and inspiration, but I don´t want this blog to take any time away from my family and as the girls are now on holiday from daycare I really just want to spend some more time with them. I often try to write the blog at nights when they have gone to bed but this summer I´m also looking forward to finishing more than one book. But I´m not going anywhere so I would love for you to check in on here! I have a baby shower post coming up if you are looking forward to entertaining ideas. One of my best friends ever is having a baby and I hosted a party for her this Sunday. I have also gotten a lot of feedback that you like my recipes so more of those will be posted here this summer too. I have some cute girl´s clothes I want to share with you too and obviously I´ll take pictures of our summer on the island. So a lot of running wild in the nature. If you have any favorite category you would like me to write more about let me know.
A little hippy child last summer on the island. Her hair was so curly! I´m getting really anxious to get back to island living. The atmosphere there is so relaxed and the days just linger around us, lazy sunny moments mixed with a refreshing breeze from the sea.
