“Sore. The most satisfying pain.”
Oh how true that is. Sore muscles. After a great workout, after you up your weights, squat deeper, do more reps. Or try something new and find muscles that were sleeping, forgotten. I love that quote. I have a thing for inspirational and motivational quotes. Here are some of my favourites for some fitness motivation.

Baby Blue Kangaroo

I have always loved Trousselier. They made music boxes and mobiles even when I was a little girl. And I always loved loved loved music boxes and still do. The sound is just so soothing almost regardless of the tune. My girls recently received a little addition to the clan of cousins. He is the most adorable little boy. We got him this soft musical box as a welcome home from the hospital gift to keep in his crib and to listen to before falling asleep. Oh how babies make me feel all warm and fuzzy!

Hyvää viikonloppua

Aivan ihanaa viikonloppua! Lähdin tyttökavereiden kanssa viikonlopuksi Lontooseen joten tiedossa on paljon höpöttelyä, ehkä vähän shoppailua ja toivottavasti Audrey Hepburn National Portrait Galleryssa. Mutta erityisesti vaan yhdessä vietettyä aikaa!
Just wishing you a great weekend! I´m off to London with my girlfriends! We have some great little things planned like grocery shopping at the Borough Market on Saturday morning which I´m really looking forward to. And we are keeping our fingers crossed our concierge finds us tickets to the Audrey Hepburn exhibition Portraits of an icon in the National Portrait Gallery. My friend recommended it to us and it sounds wonderful. Oh and we will surely keep the above rhyme in mind tonight at dinner…
