Minulta on toivottu yhtä jutun aihetta ehkäpä enemmän kuin mitään muuta, Lattemamman omia tyylijuttuja. Vaikka en olekaan kovin trendikäs tai välttämättä muodikas, ei se silti tarkoita sitä, ettenkö olisi todella kiinnostunut tyyliasioista. Kirjoitin täällä omia ajatuksiani tyylistä jos haluat lukea. Ajattelin nyt aloittaa pienistä yksityiskohdista omassa pukeutumisessani jotka ovat osa tyyliäni. Ei mitään kovin teatraalista tai suureellista, mutta minulle mieluisia pieniä juttuja.
I have decided after a little persuasion to start writing about my own style a little more on Lattemamma. Let´s start with little details that are a part of my style. Nothing theatrical, just something small and what I´d like to think timeless. I don´t often get compliments for my “style” from friends, but I actually get those fairly frequently from strangers. I guess my style is not something one would call young or hip, but I feel comfortable and confident in it. So here goes…
This is most definitely one of my favorite accessories, a classic watch that I have had for years. The leather strap has darkened quite a lot in use ( it was originally more cognac than brown) and I have contemplated on changing it to the orange one. Maybe for the summer? They are both classic and “Hermès orange” is such a great shade it pretty much goes with everything.
The leather strap is quite narrow and wraps around the wrist twice. Here the watch is paired with a few other favorites, a stripy shirt and a cashmere jumper. Not necessarily these ones or these colors but in general.

Uuteen viikkoon

Kiva, mutta flunssainen viikonloppu takana. Vaikka vatsatauti ei onneksi meihin muihin tarttunutkaan, onnistui saamaan itselleni jostain flunssan ja menettämään ääneni ( ei, en laulanut tai kiljunut perjantaina ääntäni siellä konsertissa).
Ajattelin blogilleni epätyypilliseen tapaan jakaa teille muutaman kuvan viikonlopusta puhelimeni kameralta. Kuvalaatu on siis melkoisen surkea. Siitä viis, eikös vain. Tällaista minä puuhastelin…
Perjantaina pakkasin tyttöjen tavaroita viikonloppureissulle Tallinnaan…

Bon week-end!

Taas on viikonloppu käsillä. Meillä näyttäisi siltä, että pienintä lukuunottamatta olisimme selvinneet tuolta pöpöltä. Se tarkoittaa konserttia ja illallista tyttökavereitten kanssa sekä pientä viikonloppureissua koko perheenä ( ehkäpä ehdin tehdä pikaisen visiitin Jacadillekin, kevätjutut näyttävät taas niin houkuttelevilta…). Ei hullumpaa! Toivon sinulle ihanaa viikonloppua!
Have a very happy weekend people! I´m off to see Michael Bublé and to have some dinner with my girlfriends tonight . Then we are off to a short trip with our family. See you here next week!

p.s. The photos are of Cotton Candy a few years back. Not too many weeks for the lovely lovely spring to arrive. Can you still remember what those sun beams on your face feel like, birds chirping in trees, dry streets? Trust me, it will be here again!
